What is a Content Management System?

A content management system stores part or even all of your website in a database on your website.  A website owner has an admin and can edit text, formatting and images in the admin by using pages that access the database.

This little CMS is a bit unique because it's not too fancy or complicated for the owner/user but it does have a number of very necessary features that other small systems might not have.

The advantages to Delia's system:  

  1. Obviously, no need to learn code.
  2. No need to learn or purchase image editing software.
  3. Easy - just cut and paste text.
  4. Works in firefox/mozilla browsers (many don't).
