Take a cruise around the site to see the most obvious features - the different pages: faqs, news, photo gallery, contact, etc.
Not so obivious is the layout choices. You may have either the top menu like above or else a side menu and no top menu.
You can choose to have these elements or not just by checking a box in admin: all search boxes, the tagline, the breadcrumbs (page trail), newsletter signup (which includes an unsubscribe option) and the footer menu.
You can also edit your site title, keywords and individual page keywords, your footer copyright notice, the newsletter signup message, your contact address and message.
