I don't see any way to delete pages in the admin.
Most of the pages in the admin are locked right now. Notice the lock on the left menu next to the page names. If you create a new page and return to it, you'll see that the delete function will show.

The DDcms logo is 385 by 100 high. There is also 20 px added on the left and top so that the logo is spaced correctly. The logo is pulled in by css and automatically displays snug against the top and left margins.

This is usually created by word and you can turn off these "smart quotes". 1. On the Tools menu, click AutoCorrect Options, and then click the AutoFormat As You Type tab. 2. Under Replace as you type, select or clear the "Straight quotes" with "smart quotes" check box
